Where Credit is Due

Mr. Joe de la Fuente lives in Phase 2 and he had been ceaselessly handling all the problems in our Waterworks system for the past three years. No water in the faucet? Our pipeline busted? Our water meter stolen? Whatever problem we have regarding water, call Mr. Joe and he’ll surely be there to solve it! His concern for the good of the village is not limited to our water problems. He also sees to it that the rights of the homeowners’ vacant lots are not violated. Because of his awareness, the BVAHAI was able to monitor and pursue the unscrupulous claims of unknown people over some of our privately owned vacant lots. The Board has formally submitted a complaint to the proper Barangay regarding this matter.

Thank you for your wholehearted concern and unconditional support for the village Joe!

Mr. Bong Hilario is a resident of Phase 1 and owns a motor shop. By cooperating with his neighbors (Enriquez and Halili families) in the cleansing and elimination of noise and air pollution, the Board was motivated to start amending the BVAHAI Rules and Regulations beginning with Rule 3 regarding commercial establishments.

Thank you Bong for your cooperation!

The Bayad Center Coordinators (Ms. Lucy dela Fuente Ph. 2, Cely Manzano Ph. 4 and Cora Velasco Ph. 1): We recognize the time and effort you have been exerting for the past years serving as the village bill collectors voluntarily and wholeheartedly. You are one of the great reasons that helped the Committee on Finance and our Auditor to be as efficient as they are now!

Thank you for your unmatched assistance, ladies!

Gening and Candy Karcher are from Phase 1. When they heard that the Committee on Security was planning to buy uniform T-shirts for our gatekeepers, they readily volunteered to buy the T-shirts at their own expense.

Thank you Candy and Gening for your generosity!

Mr. Arvin Abanes is from Phase 2. He was one of the big reasons for the success of our Kapitbahayan Festival. He fixed and gave the simple, colorless chapel grounds a lively and jovial atmosphere!

Thank you for being such a great help Arvin!

And to all of us who supported the Committee on Finances in their drive to update outstanding accounts, thank you very, very much!

“We are a united community living in a beautiful and safe environment which we achieved through caring and wholehearted cooperation in all our endeavors”.
