Election of the Board of Directors for FY 2010-2011

General Assembly will convene on December 6, 2009 at exactly 9:00 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Chapel to elect the new Board of Directors of BVAHAI.

SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES:

Nov 20-22
Submission of Nomination of Candidates to their respective Bayad Centers or an authorized personnel will collect nomination forms from members.

Nov 23-26
Screening of Nominated Candidates. Only members who are in "good standing" are eligible for nomination ad defined in Sec 3, Art II of the ByLaws.

Nov 29
Posting of Qualified Nominated Candidates at the Chapel, Village's Gate and in other conspicuous places.

December 6
Election Day ath the Chapel, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM


GUIDELINES:

Nomination

1. A member shall nominate 3 candidates from his area.
2. The different areas are
3. If a member nominates more than 3 candidates, only the first 3 shall be considered.

Election

1. Only Members of Good Standing are qualified to vote or become representatives of all Phases.
2. Members who cannot personally vote may assign a proxy.
